Toss Launches Service to Help Users Find and Apply for Government Support
  • New service helps users discover personalized government support programs and complete applications directly in the Toss app
  • Partnership with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency expands access to financial, employment, and welfare assistance

Toss has launched Find Government Support for Me, a new service that helps users discover and apply for government support programs tailored to their individual circumstances. Developed in partnership with the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency (KINFA), the service enables users to receive personalized recommendations and submit applications directly through the Toss app without installing an additional app.

The service connects users with integrated public support programs that combine financial, employment, and welfare assistance. By using Public MyData, Toss can recommend programs based on each user's individual circumstances, making it easier for people to identify and access the support available to them.

Once users consent to retrieving their Public MyData, Toss recommends eligible support programs and guides them through the application process. After submitting the required forms, users are connected with professional counselors from the relevant organizations to complete their applications. The entire experience is available seamlessly through the Toss app, providing a fully digital application journey.

The initiative is part of the Korean government's broader effort to strengthen integrated financial, employment, and welfare support services. Through its partnership with KINFA, Toss  aims to make government support programs more accessible and easier to navigate, and  help more people receive the assistance they are eligible for while simplifying what has traditionally been a fragmented application process.

"Toss is committed to making essential financial services more accessible, including public support programs for those who need them most," a Toss representative said. "We will continue working closely with public institutions to simplify complex processes and improve access to inclusive financial services."
