Toss Launches ‘My Credit Score Report’ Service

Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it has launched the ‘My Credit Score Report’ service. The service will be operated under an exclusive agreement with KCB (Korea Credit Bureau) until December this year.

‘My Credit Score Report’ is a service in which Toss analyzes KCB’s credit scores and basic data, and visually organizes the main factors that have affected the score. This is the first time in Korea that a factor analysis report is provided free of charge, going beyond a simple credit score inquiry.

Users can check up to six key factors at a glance, including the top three factors that had a positive impact and the top three factors that had a negative impact on their credit score. Notifications are also sent to immediately inform users of the reasons behind any increase or decrease in their credit score.

When MyData is linked, additional items beyond the credit score can be viewed. These additional details include recent loan repayment amounts, credit card spending, debit card usage period, and credit transaction period.

It is meaningful in that users can identify which financial behaviors have influenced their credit score and establish a plan for credit improvement based on this information.

This service can be accessed in the Toss app under ‘My Credit Score’ > ‘My Credit Score Report’.
