Toss Expands Financial Offerings with International Transfer Service
- To serve Korean nationals, Toss has partnered with MOIN to fully incorporate its competitive international transfer features into the Toss app.
- An international transfer service for foreign residents in Korea, developed in collaboration with Sentbe, is set to launch soon.
Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it will launch international transfer services in partnership with fintech companies specialized in international transfers. Through collaborations with fintech companies that have advanced technology and competitiveness in the international transfer space, Toss aims to build a broader financial ecosystem for its users.

Toss has integrated the service of MOIN, a Korea’s leading international transfer company, into its app to provide convenient international transfer services for Korean nationals. MOIN has strong advantages with transfer speeds up to four times faster than commercial banks, and fees up to 90% lower. It also offers 100% preferential exchange rates on all currencies, significantly reducing the cost burden for users.
The service can be accessed within the Toss app by navigating to the “All” tab and searching “MOIN International Transfer”. Users can send money to over 60 countries, 24/7 year-round. Existing MOIN users can use the service immediately within the Toss app without any additional authentication or information required. New users can also begin sending money after a simple identity verification process. In addition, if a user first uses the MOIN service through Toss, their account is automatically linked to the MOIN app, allowing seamless access without a separate registration process.
Toss is also preparing to launch an international transfer service for the 2 million foreign nationals residing in Korea. To that end, Toss is working with Sentbe, a global foreign exchange total solutions provider, aiming to launch the service in the third quarter of 2025.
Sentbe is a fintech company that provides personal international transfer services for foreign residents. Approximately 70% of its user base consists of foreigners, and the company supports customer service in more than 10 languages, including English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Uzbek.
“In collaborating with these companies, our goal was to offer a simple and trustworthy international transfer service that users can rely on,” A Toss representative stated. “We will continue to expand our user-centered financial ecosystem through partnerships with various fintech players.”
