SEOUL, August 14, 2025 – Toss today announced that it recorded a consolidated revenue of KRW 668 billion (USD 493 million*) for the second quarter of 2025, a 41% year-over-year increase (constant currency basis). Operating profit reached KRW 84 billion (USD 62 million*), and consolidated net profit came in at KRW 57 billion (USD 42 million*), continuing the company’s margin expansion since achieving its first full-year net profitability in 2024.
The Toss ecosystem brings together the Toss SuperApp – which distributes services such as advertising, trading, e-commerce, and financial marketplace to its users – and the payments network – which powers the entire platform by spanning mobile, online, and offline payments. The Toss ecosystem operates as one unified platform offering users and business customers the best-in-class experience whether they are managing their financial lives on the SuperApp or discovering an engaged user base to sell products to.
Toss’ user base grows consistently, now reaching over 60% of the Korean population across all demographics. The company currently has over 30 million users registered on the Toss app, about 25 million of whom are monthly active. Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it has launched the ‘My Credit Score Report’ service. The service will be operated under an exclusive agreement with KCB (Korea Credit Bureau) until December this year.

‘My Credit Score Report’ is a service in which Toss analyzes KCB’s credit scores and basic data, and visually organizes the main factors that have affected the score. This is the first time in Korea that a factor analysis report is provided free of charge, going beyond a simple credit score inquiry.
Users can check up to six key factors at a glance, including the top three factors that had a positive impact and the top three factors that had a negative impact on their credit score. Notifications are also sent to immediately inform users of the reasons behind any increase or decrease in their credit score.
When MyData is linked, additional items beyond the credit score can be viewed. These additional details include recent loan repayment amounts, credit card spending, debit card usage period, and credit transaction period.
It is meaningful in that users can identify which financial behaviors have influenced their credit score and establish a plan for credit improvement based on this information.
This service can be accessed in the Toss app under ‘My Credit Score’ > ‘My Credit Score Report’.

Toss Launches ‘My Credit Score Report’ Service

Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that its cumulative subscribers have surpassed 30 million as of the end of July. In its 10th anniversary year, Toss has established itself as the leading financial platform used by 6 out of 10 people in Korea.

The subscription rate was particularly high among people in their 20s and 30s, who are beginning their financial activities in earnest. Based on resident registration population statistics from the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in July, an analysis of Toss subscribers by age group shows that about 95% of people in their 20s (5.54 million) and about 87% of people in their 30s (5.8 million) have subscribed. The overall subscription rate for people in their 20s and 30s exceeds 91%. This indicates that the 20s and 30s generation, who are starting to actively manage their financial lives, primarily choose Toss.
This trend is not limited to the 20s and 30s. Expanding the scope to the entire working-age population (15 - 64), who are the most economically active, about 26.74 million people have subscribed to Toss, with a subscription rate of 76%. The fact that more than 7 out of 10 people in the group with the most financial transactions have chosen Toss supports that it has stably secured a broad user base across age groups.
Toss currently provides a wide range of financial services integrated within a single app, including money transfer, payment, investment, banking, credit inquiry, authentication, tax, loan, and insurance brokerage. Toss Pay is Toss’s easy and secure payment service that allows users to make payments simply by registering their card or bank account in advance and using a password or biometric authentication. With the addition of Toss Pay, users can now subscribe to and purchase Apple services in a more convenient and secure way.
Users can start using Toss Pay by linking it to their Apple account. To register, go to Settings > Payment & Shipping > Add Payment Method and select Toss Pay. Once registered, users can make fast, seamless payments and enjoy content easily through iOS.

Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it will jointly host the ‘Toss HTML5 Game Challenge with Neptune’ with mobile game company Neptune on July 30.

The contest has been organized to discover and support creative game content. Neptune, the co-organizer, is a mobile game company known for titles such as Stairway to Heaven and Cat Snack Bar, and has developed various casual games based on creativity and mass appeal.
The contest is open to creative games developed on an HTML5 basis. Submissions can range freely from hyper-casual games to RPG genres, except for board games such as Go-Stop or Omok. Anyone can participate, from individual developers to small team-based studios, and there are no restrictions on the number of submissions or participation attempts.
Applications will be accepted from August 25 to November 3, 2025. Developers can submit their game builds through the official console on the Apps in Toss website. Entries must be original works that do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, and all IP rights must belong to the participants. After submission, a game age rating must be obtained in order for the game to go live.
After the application period ends, judging will take place for about three weeks starting November 24, with the final winners to be announced afterward. A total of ₩70M will be awarded: ₩30M for first place, ₩20M for second place, ₩10M for third place, and ₩2M each for five runner-up teams.
In addition, non-commercial games that have not signed or pursued a publishing contract will be considered as candidates for IP publishing deals with Neptune.
The contest has been planned to expand the game partner ecosystem of ‘Apps in Toss,’ which is Toss’ in-app service platform. Apps in Toss allows external partners’ web and app services to run within the Toss app, providing opportunities to open its services to Toss’ 29 million subscribers.
“HTML5 games can be played instantly without installation, offering high accessibility and unique enjoyment for users,” a Toss representative said. “Through this challenge, we will actively support domestic developers so that their creative games can meet users via Apps in Toss.”
