토스(운영사 비바리퍼블리카, 대표 이승건)가 ‘내 신용점수 리포트’ 서비스를 새롭게 출시했다고 12일 밝혔다. 해당 서비스는 올해 12월까지 KCB(코리아크레딧뷰로)와의 독점 계약을 기반으로 운영된다.

‘내 신용점수 리포트’는 토스가 KCB의 신용점수 및 기초 데이터를 분석, 점수에 영향을 준 주요 요인을 시각적으로 정리해 제공하는 서비스다. 단순 신용점수 조회를 넘어, 요인 분석 리포트를 무료로 제공하는 것은 국내 최초다.
이용자는 본인의 신용점수에 긍정적인 영향을 준 요인 3가지, 부정적인 영향을 준 요인 3가지 등 최대 6가지의 주요 항목을 한눈에 확인할 수 있다. 또한 신용점수가 상승하거나 하락할 경우 변화의 원인을 바로 확인할 수 있는 알림을 발송한다.
마이데이터를 연동한 경우, 신용점수 외에 추가적인 항목들을 함께 볼 수 있다. 추가 정보는 최근 대출 상환액, 신용카드 사용 금액, 체크카드 이용 기간, 신용 거래 기간 등이 포함된다.
이용자는 본인의 신용점수에 어떤 금융 행동이 영향을 미쳤는지 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 신용 개선 계획을 세울 수 있는 점에서 의미가 있다.
이 서비스는 토스 앱 > ‘내 신용점수’ > ‘내 신용점수 리포트’ 메뉴에서 이용할 수 있다.
토스 관계자는 “이용자들이 자신의 신용점수를 보다 잘 이해하고, 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 이번 서비스를 선보이게 됐다”며, “앞으로도 금융 생활에 실질적인 도움을 주는 신용 관리 서비스를 지속 확대해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it has launched the ‘My Credit Score Report’ service. The service will be operated under an exclusive agreement with KCB (Korea Credit Bureau) until December this year.

‘My Credit Score Report’ is a service in which Toss analyzes KCB’s credit scores and basic data, and visually organizes the main factors that have affected the score. This is the first time in Korea that a factor analysis report is provided free of charge, going beyond a simple credit score inquiry.
Users can check up to six key factors at a glance, including the top three factors that had a positive impact and the top three factors that had a negative impact on their credit score. Notifications are also sent to immediately inform users of the reasons behind any increase or decrease in their credit score.
When MyData is linked, additional items beyond the credit score can be viewed. These additional details include recent loan repayment amounts, credit card spending, debit card usage period, and credit transaction period.
It is meaningful in that users can identify which financial behaviors have influenced their credit score and establish a plan for credit improvement based on this information.
This service can be accessed in the Toss app under ‘My Credit Score’ > ‘My Credit Score Report’.
“We launched this service to help users better understand and systematically manage their credit scores,” a Toss representative said. “We will continue to expand credit management services that provide practical assistance in users’ financial lives.”

Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app "Toss," partnered with NICE Information Service (NICE) to launch the “Credit Subscription Service” membership service.

The Credit Subscription Service is Korea’s first personalized credit management service launched by Toss and NICE. For a monthly membership fee of ₩1,900, the service provides customized and specific solutions on how to improve credit scores based on an individual’s loan and card usage history. Additionally, users can calculate how their credit score would change if they were to take out additional loans.
For example, if a user holds multiple loans, the Credit Subscription Service analyzes NICE’s personal credit data to show which loan to repay by how much and calculates how much their credit score can potentially change. Additionally, users can check how their credit or debit card usage habits impact their score and how managing overdue payments can help increase it.
Users subscribed to the Credit Subscription Service can receive financial fraud compensation benefits. Coverage includes various types of financial fraud such as phishing and hacking, with compensation amounts adjusted based on their subscription duration, for up to a maximum of ₩10 million.
“The Credit Subscription Service is a unique service in that it provides specific and personalized methods for users to increase their  credit scores,” a Toss representative said. “We will continue to work closely with NICE to ensure Toss users can manage their credit scores easily and accurately.”
Meanwhile, since introducing the first free credit score inquiry service in the industry in 2017, Toss has continued its efforts to support financial consumers in managing their financial lives. Users can check their credit scores based on NICE and KCB standards and apply for credit score improvement services directly from the Toss app. As of May 2024, over 24.5 million users have accessed this service in total.
