Toss Holds First ‘Apps in Toss’ Webinar, Open to Anyone
- Apply via Apps in Toss website … Live online broadcast on July 30
- Introducing overall Apps in Toss business, partnership process, and development environment
Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it will hold an ‘Apps in Toss’ webinar and is recruiting participants.

The webinar, under the topic “Open Your Service to 29 Million Toss Users,” will provide a detailed explanation of how Apps in Toss works, how services can be launched, and how the development environment is structured.
Apps in Toss is a service that enables partner companies to provide their mobile services within the Toss app in an App in App format. The purpose is to open up the Toss app to help companies, startups, and developers offering web/app services establish a foundation for growth.
Anyone, including companies specifically considering participating in Apps in Toss as well as product managers and developers, can apply to join the webinar through the official Apps in Toss website. The webinar will consist of two parts. Part 1 will introduce the Apps in Toss business and the partnership process. Part 2 will cover practical topics in detail, such as the actual development environment, integration procedures, and technical considerations.
The webinar will be broadcast live online for about two hours starting at 3 PM on Tuesday, July 30. Only pre-registered participants will receive the YouTube link via email and text message prior to the event.
Meanwhile, the Apps in Toss partnership service is provided to users through the ‘Mini App’ or ‘Game’ menu in the Toss app. It showcases a wide range of areas, from financial services to lifestyle services, online-offline store integrations, games, and entertainment. The aim is to offer a user experience that connects finance and daily life within a single app and to grow into a “super app for everyday use” together with partners.
To this end, Toss will share its know-how and infrastructure for overall app operations on Apps in Toss and allow the Toss app to be used as a testbed. A closed beta test (CBT) is currently underway, and CBT applications are available on the Apps in Toss website.
“We believe this webinar will provide practical information to startups and companies considering an Apps in Toss partnership and serve as an opportunity to address technical questions,” a Toss representative said. “We will continue to closely communicate with various partners and expand the Apps in Toss ecosystem.”
